the best way to backup your contacts is to use google sync. it takes a while the first time if you already have a lot of contacts, but you can do it on your computer. otherwise if you think that is too tedious, you can try
idrive. I've used it multiple times on friends' phones who didn't want to bother with google contacts.

i've used the
incase snap in black for almost a year now. i don't know of any other one that can hold up this well, and still feel identical to when it was brand new. i see a lot of ppl go through the cool looking ones by weeks. they just scratch or peel or fall apart.
