Some places that serve indonesian/malyasian cuisine use it as a condiment to top off their foods. I've also seen it used at a couple bbt places, but you can't just order it.
I make it myself.
It's labor intensive and a bitch to make. I'll do it maybe once every year? Maybe not even that. But that's how I get the oil for afterwards.
