Long story short, my touchpad went in to be exchanged by HP on the 8th and is now missing.. And trying to explain to a person in India the difference between missisauga Ontario and surrey BC has taken HOURS of phone calls..

The "CEO" that killed the TouchPad just got fired. The new "CEO" that got hired has no idea what she's doing.
