This is a copy of the letter i sent that "somewhat" explains my situation:


Hello, My name is XXXXXXX and my phone number associated to my account is XXXXXXXXX i'm writing this message only as a last resort to show my absolute displeasure in the service ive been dealing with and continue to receive in an attempt to locate my 32GB HP Touchpad I sent in to be repaired/replaced over 2.5 weeks ago.

Right off the bat i was told that the turn-around for my touchpad to be repaired was going to be 3-5 business days, its now been 3 weeks and i have not heard anything regarding the touchpad, i've made over 10 phone calls to HP now in the last week with little to no success in getting ANY information, my order number associated with the repair is S1511040573414

now before you reply and give me the tracking number "1Z90557F8848821133" which was associated with the package I SENT to be repaired, i'll tell you now that that number is not the same number UPS uses to send the package BACK to me, 3 separate representatives told me this was the correct number and that it had been "received" yes, it has been received, BY TRC/HP CANADA IN MISSISSAUGA ONTARIO, WHERE IT WAS TO BE REPAIRED! not by myself..

After the HP reps told me they use the same tracking number for both me sending the touchpad back to HP, as well as sending the repaired product back to me, i contacted UPS regarding this situation, They laughed at me and said there is absolutely -NO- possible way you can have the same tracking number to send the product back to me so obviously the information these reps have is incorrect and HP still has my touchpad somewhere

THIS IS NOT A UPS PROBLEM, This is HP's problem clearly as a lack of information regarding my product, a missing product, or something else has some about, the bottom line is: I'm absolutely at my wits end as to who to speak to or what to do now, speaking with the rep's through the 1800 number is futile and a level 2 supervisor yesterday even told me once i explained my situation for the 5th time, that he would "Give me a call back in the next few hours to very least update me on the situation" surprise surprise, i received no phone call and am now on hold once again trying to talk to CS on the 1800 number..

I'm at my end of trying, I did not particularly like HP to begin with, but this is it, I will -NEVER- deal with HP again once i resolve this situation, whether i see my touchpad again or not, and I am going to be forwarding this information regarding the difficulties i've had in all my dealings with HP to as many friends/family as possible so they do not make the same mistake I did.
