not a good idea. if you want to suppress appetite, eat low glycemic foods and complex carbs. dont be one of those girls who just starve themselves just to lose a few lbs. its just going to eat away at your lean muscles. and metabolism falls. Just eat well and exercise, its not worth it in the long run.
im taking 2 2:1 doses a day, this is purely for pre workout. and i found that my appetite was gone for the first 3- 4 days, but its through the roof now and i constantly want to eat! its like i have the munchies after a certain activity...ahem. hahah
