Started taking creatine again. Can one of you guys that take creatine with tea help me out, is it ok if I load 20G/day for 4 days with my morning coffee/tea, and then stay steady at 5g/day with my morning coffee/tea?
I can't take it 3x daily for the first 4 days, so is it okay if i just take a large amount once a day?
