That's what something I would since I am into PC gaming. A little slower in CPU and less RAM shouldn't affect game play too much. There are room to upgrade the PC later on if need to. i mean you can do little upgrades along the way like adding more Fans or chaing the CPU cooler, getting more RAM later on. PSU and MD is pretty decent and will allow you to do upgrades later on. If you don't want the SSD you can put that money into a better video card
