Challenge: !!!WEAK ARM!!! ONE ARM DUMBELL ROW kneeling on bench (*with HALF of your body weight worth of weight). as many as you can in a row
rules: With your
weak hand.
Use a full range of motion from full extension to pulling the dumbell as high as you can.
Keep your body locked in position, do not jerk or swing or cheat the movement.
why?: A fantastic exercise for your back, shoulders, arms, and grip!

*eg. if you weigh 180lbs, you should be holding a 90lb dumbell
If you are unable to do half of your bodyweight, lift as much as you can lift for more than 5 reps and make a note of it in your results.
