Typhoon hit today, meaning everything is closed. Which means I can stay home all day and fast, and see how long I can go without food
So far made it to 3pm, just with some ON Essential Amino + BCAA, half a protein shake, and a couple Coke Zeros
I'll see if I can make it to 8pm then pig out on.... a can of tuna
Then tomorrow I'll start working out fasted (just some protein and/or BCAA)
