Hello Sunny,

Thanks for your recent email. Our apologies if you missed any of last
night's Canucks game. Our schedule for the night on Sportsnet Pacific
was to have The Phillies/Braves game at 4 pm pt and the Canucks game was
scheduled at 7 pm pt. The baseball game went into extra innings and, as
is our policy, we stayed with the baseball game until it was over.

We were aware that this situation could happen so we made the Canucks
game available on the Sportsnet ONE companion channel, Sportsnet
Vancouver Hockey from the beginning. Unfortunately, certain providers
were unable to make that channel available to their customers last
night. Here is a link to our page about Sportsnet ONE which includes
the details on where you can find Sportsnet Vancouver Hockey in the
future.

Once again, please accept our apologies. Your email has been forwarded
to our Senior Management team so we can look at ways to avoid these
