I have the PNY 560Ti.

It's a Lifetime warranty. Not retail lifetime, but physical lifetime of the card. It's limited to the XLR8-series, and you need to register it within 90days. I think the EVGA is similar.

The PNY is also one of the shortest cards at 8.5 inches. If you have a smaller case or a weird motherboard layout, it may cause the least headaches.

As for the cooler, I personally can't hear it through my P180, and if I have headphones on playing any FPS, you won't hear it at load

And I don't hit past 70 on load, which is normal for the 560Ti.
