Currently on 16th hour of today's fast. 1 or 2 more to go and I can eat! woot!
Will have some grilled chicken at a viet restaurant (no rice or noodles) and when I get home I have some ground wagyu beef ready to be grilled up for some bun-free hamburgers
If you've never had bun-free burgers, give it a try. Just make a bed of lettuce or any other green leafy veggie, and throw everything on top. Eat it like a salad. SO FUCKEN GOOD
That will only be about 100g of protein though, so I'll have to top it off with some eggs, cottage cheese, and maybe a casein shake.
Damn I'm so hungry even a casein shake sounds good
