Challenge: wide grip PULL UPS. as many as you can in a row
rules: do as many wide grip pull ups as you can in a row without stopping.
do not use any cheating motion to help like kicking or swinging your legs.
must go to 95% or better extension.
why?: wide grip pull ups are a fantastic way to work your back and add width. secondary muscles used include shoulders and arms.
this is strictly for fun, so use your own honor and dont cheat.
