The reason why we see so much BMWs, Mercedes, supercars is because the new it is all about face. Especially coming out from a poor status to becoming rich(New money from china), you would want to flaunt all your wealth. Also, these chinese need "face".

Pretty much this. I'm originally from the edmonton area and you barely see audi's or benz's yet people make just as much(or more) their then they could here. Althought they buy expensive ass trucks... Suprising how cheap it is to live outside of this city.
