Forgot to do my food log for yesterday
Ate first dinner at 5:30pm (19 hours fasted). Had a big chicken steak with some rice and tomato sauce. Had second dinner about 2 hours later. Had broccoli with mushrooms, a big piece of steamed fish with preserved veggies, and a few pieces of sweet & sour pork (super high in sugar). Also had some dried squid at around 9pm, and a glass of whisky which I do every night, but I don't think that counts
Not sure what that all breaks down to, but I'm sure it's not 200g protein.
One thing I have noticed on this diet is that when I get up, it's straight to the toilet for me. Dumps are like clockwork - huge perfect turds, and at the same time every day
