Telecoms giants BT, Vodafone and China Mobile were all mentioned as possible bidders for Blackberry maker Research in Motion as its shares moved up against the dull trend on Wall Street to touch $22.49. Rumours suggest a $45-a-share cash bid could soon be on the cards for RiM which has struggled as Apple’s iPhone and Google Android software have gained market share, particularly in the US.
