I cut all form of cardio other than light incline walk and post lift 15min biking. Been pushing myself on weights. Just came back from gym and yea, sweated lots on deads.
I notice my chest, arms and shoulders seem tighter (more defined) and its just my belly flab now. Good news is with my fasting diet, I finally broke my plateau and lost 3 pounds within the last wk.
