Ya thanks. Been 2 wks since I started stack, and 3 days for IF. Decided to look at 2 weeks ago picture, and altho I've lost only 3 pounds, I can tell I've lost a bit of gut, and pants that were tight last month to get on, I needed a belt today. Just adds to the motivation.
What's your story? Have you lost a lot of weight before?
Any tips?
