I personally like white flood. Small scoop per serving (compared to assult). The added "pump" isn't that noticeable, but the energy seems very clean. I've tried other pre-workouts that just got me way to jittery and eventually crash. White flood gave me the boost of energy w/ out making me feel like I was going to have a heart attack!
Also, like someone stated before, for some reason I sweat like crazy on WF though.
