Ouch. Yah not a lot you can do. Just wait for it to heal.

Friend dropped an 80lb dumbbell on my toe back in the day. Luckily just bruised. We were laughing about it last night.

Did a traditional chest (incline, flat, flys) and shoulder (press, raises, shrugs) split routine. Was too sore for squats after a 10k run Monday and a long bike ride. Free gym though. It's a work gym with benches, dumbbells up to 90lbs and lots of machines.
