Pretty easy for me. Updated all 5 devices in about 2.5 hrs. Only hiccup was on phone4 and pad1 where it puked a "backup error" msg at me. Do not feel any diff in speed on pad 1/2 or phone/touch 4. Smoother multitasking on touch 3. Really hate that I can't put newsstand in my "useless shit that I can't delete" folder.

Edit: Finally, personalized txt MSG alert. So bloody sick of pulling out my phone to check for shit all the time when the 'glass' tone sounds cause its the least obnoxious tone and every one and their dog is using it.
