So i had issues updating my moms ipad2

but i retried it and it worked but then itunes wouldnt restore the apps

so i had to attempt a restore again and it worked

but now none of my moms apps will open.... like when i click on an app the screen will flash black and return to the main menu

when you double click the button to see what apps are running the apps i click on show as running but when i click on them it'll just flash black again and return to the homescreen

any ideas?

edit: went into the app store to download an app i already have (read that that fixes it) but itunes popped up getting me to accept their new terms&conditions first
after doing that i didnt reinstall any apps and tried to see if my moms apps would open now and they did
