The same could be said about BBM
Although BBM's popularity is due to the fact that they were the first one to have such an app.
But like I said any many others have as well, iMessage needs to be it's own separate app with much more features. I'll stick with Kakao for now.
But can someone explain this to me, how come native iphone apps like iMessage and mail that get the incoming messages update on their app right away while 3rd-party apps update AFTER you open the app?
