Well I'm officially a member of the 4 Plate DL Club!!! 1 warm up set of 20 reps of 1 plate. 2 more sets of 10 reps @ 2 plates, 5 reps @ 3 plates, 1 rep 3 plate plus 25, 1 rep 4 plates.
Fuck that was tough and hella boss at the same time. I'm sick as fuck and all hopped up on cold meds too. Neo Citran, Buckleys, and Tylenol Cold and Flu meds haha. Awesome preworkout if you ask me!
Sooooo close to the 1000lb club!
