something about morning workouts really lower my strength, especially for squats, so i try to avoid them as much as i can, i lift around the same as you, squat 170 5x5 a2g, trying 175 tomorrow, deadlift 245x5 @140lbs
also got bored of 5x5 as well, it helped alot though, going back to regular training monday, planning on doing smolov jr 3 week routine for bench, in a month or 2
