Hold dumbbell in front of you do a front squat.
Squat with your regular bar.
Leg curls
Leg extentions.
Stiff legged deadlifts

Yeah.. cheated a bit today and got some pump going. Im 20lbs lighter than you, guess if i gain 20lbs ill be lifting as much as you do
