yeah, I just called the number directly too half an hour ago to renegotiate. The guy seemed a bit confused and he offered me a deal, but I said no and then he put me on hold and transferred me to ANOTHER guy who I think was in the actual retentions department.

Right now I'm on the $25 retention plan but I want to add flex data for $10 and get the iphone 4s. Is that even possible? The rep brought up the whole $50 min requirement in order to qualify but it seems that people are able to bypass it. He said people who have a $35 plan with the iphone 4s (retention plan + flex data) must have been penalized in some way, but I don't know if that's true. My family has been with Fido since 1999
