Unless you are bringing it for personal use IE: 2-3 for checked baggage other than that it's a prohibited item.
Not just 1 person got denied flying.... A lot of people got denied.
People need to research before flying their shipment. I called a friend that worked in YVR that helped me with the special guidelines and arranged different ways of shipping the phones back.
