btw, if you wanted help with trying to win, more description about the accident would be more help... by saying what you said
"I got into an accident on the night of the 16th at Kingsway and Earls. I collided with another car while I was turning left. The car attempted to beat the light while I was turning and we collided."
sounds like it your fault already, and if this is how you told ICBC, then you already admitted that its your fault, then why bother? You cant change your story now that you already told them.

Next, take pictures of the accident and note down what exactly happens while its still freash, every and all details are important if you want to have a higher chance of winning.
