Well that same person was the only one who actually posted a video for the squat challenge (Correct me if I'm wrong). So props to that.

Zero warm-up. This was this morning on my leg day. Started to feel the burn at 25 reps. Pretty sure I could have done a lot more if I warmed up and consistently do dips in my workout routine but meh.
I'll be happy to take any criticism on my form. Always room for improvement.
