hes only hoping the black guy and his son can hear the CB

i believe originally they were supposed to meet somewhere and communicate via CB at dawn or something. when they didnt meet, he kept sending CB messages every morning hoping he would hear.

i think now he just does it as sort of his reach for normalcy to just for a way for him to vent his feelings at the current situation
