no, 48g carbs of oatmeal in the morning and 1 cup of brown rice (50g) preworkout only carbs of the day not including brocolli
from 240-217....3.5 months
.... pretty happy with my strength right now, kinda content with size but as always back could be wider

gotta hit the drawing board to see if i want to go through with an extreme bulk come ~December (celltech included)
