Got a chance to sit down and really play it for an hour or two last night... The AI is noticeably improved over previous Forza's, I find. They actually give you space if you have the line on them in a corner, and get pressured into making mistakes.
It was pretty funny when I was right up one car's rear all the way up until the corkscrew at Laguna Seca, when the guy in front tries to brake too late and ends up going into the dirt. I can't entirely say it's a glitch or not, but it did feel pretty realistic.
The new braking sensitivity, simulation steering and the tire physics are awesome too. You can tell much easier when the tires are starting to break loose or lock up and correct accordingly.
