The strain relief in my Ultrasone DJ1 is fucked up. Losing sound from left or right channel depending on how I wiggle it

. I think it broken when the cord got caught on the armrest in my van, and I just pulled it free. Time to get an Ultrasone CSR on the line I guess.... My backup portable set is the JVC FX-67 Air Cushion. Nowhere near as good
