I would recommend John Howie's Steakhouse at the Bravern in Bellevue. Australian A5 Wagyu and Kurobuta Tempura Bacon. Their Wedge salad was good too haha..
Korean Ho Soon Yi is pretty good... as for cheesecakes, Pikes Place Market "The Confectional".
