Well so does anyone know how the time slot of the reservation works? Will they only hold the items if I pick up the phones within the reserved time slot? What if the reserved time slot is outside of their open hours? So confused.

I did the same thing last week when I reserved mine. They hold it for you all day regardless of the time you entered.
