Had a horrible workout last night ... was deadlifting around 185x10, 225x6, 275x5 (struggling) .... I used to be able to do 275x10 ... fucking injury. I can't lift nowhere near what I used to and I can't train legs at all. This is a shitty feeling for sure

can't seem to get the range of motion back into my hips either, can't sink my ass down and use my quads/hams to get the weight off the ground.
On the plus side, creatine with green tea = my arms feel like they've grown out of nowhere, and my bench is finally going up. Lifting weights that I've never lifted before without a spot feels damn good. Give it another week I'll be back in the squat rack (hopefully)
