First I'd make sure nothing is overheating. Given you're running on a laptop (I'm assuming G73 is a laptop), there's a real possibility that heat is a factor. There are a few apps out there that can track a ballpark temperature of various components in your computer.
If all is well, I'd start from scratch- uninstall anything BF3 related, restart, install again.
