Did last week's 2 rep max for 5 reps, felt good. Then added 10lbs and got a new 3rep max. (on bench btw). I am the absolute hardest gainer for bench #'s but this is sick, ontop of that my arms are noticeable bigger than 2 weeks ago, and the heads on my triceps are actually starting to poke out.  Ontop of that, everything just feels so pumped for 2-3 days at a time ... green tea + creatine is fucking awesome.
I may actually hit 2 plates by the end of 2011 .. probably gonna cum when I rep out 2 plates, just saying.
