It wasn't like Arty bailed for Dooms, he couldn't get his VISA in time (Don't know why or what happened with that). Also, on Shogun's FB page if you look at his info section, it says he is booked for NYE in Vancouver. Let's hope Solid will step it up since they botched TDF and ARTY wasn't able to make it for Dooms.
