I don't really understand why 16 year old little kids like to play dress up for birthday dinners. Wearing a proper suit is so uncomfortable to eat. But then again, when I think of 16 year olds dressed up "formally", it would be half buttoned up shirts, white pants, white leather shoes. I won't complain about the slutty dresses LGs wear though.
With 15-20 people, and you can't drink at that age, just have the dinner anywhere in Yaletown that will accomendate your group. Keg in Yaletown is not bad for price and food. And why is the birthday girl treating everyone?
