The Steve Nash vs Fitness World thing is ridiculous. I signed up at Fitness World in Kits initially, and was denied from working out at the DT Steve Nash because my membership wasn't good enough. But now I'm allowed to work out at the brand new Steve Nash on Lougheed. Stupid business model, make all memberships the same you fools.
Arms day today but not feeling it cause I had a shitty boring weekend. I need some motivation. Looking at photos of my fitness competition friend and her very attractive co-competitors isn't cutting it today
