We are starting all the challenges over again as I feel that each major muscle group was well represented in the previous challenges. I'm not going to do a "curl in the squart rack" challenge or a handstand pushup challenge as those are covered with previous ones. This is a chance to see if you've improved over the past 2 months as well still promoting some competition. If anyone has a particular challenge they want to do throw some ideas out and we'll see what we can make work.
