REVscene Automotive Forum - View Single Post - Brand new comp not opening any programs or shutting down!

Just built this comp a week ago, right now everytime i try to boot to desktop all it does is just have a loading cursor, can't open anythinge can't go to start and try retstarting or shutdown all it does is logging off with a loading cursor that keeps going around and around.... On my g510 it says CPU 2% and it just stays at 2% what can I do to fix this?
