Thanks for the tips, but I don't want to risk doing any exercises without a proper supervision.
I used to do super slow squats with no weights, just my own body weight and go as low as I can, that helped a little bit but now I can't do it anymore because it would hurt to much next day.
For the sleeping tips that's exactly how I sleep lol, but instead of using a pillow I just bunch up my blanket.
Hope you get better soon as well. It is really annoying injury to live with day to day.
