4 plate rack pull with shoulders today .. 5reps x 2 sets HHNNNNGGGGG ... can't wait till I can deadlift 4 plates My 2011 goal for deadlift

My mill press is kinda stuck at a low weight though ... feels bad



Am I the only one that gets the shits as soon as they slam their pre workout? I have it, and ten mins later it's like clock work lol.
