WEEK 12 - SATURDAY MOVEMBER 12 TO SUNDAY MOVEMBER 20
Challenge: DUMBELL BENCH PRESS WITH HALF YOUR BODYWEIGHT IN EACH HAND as many as you can in a row
rules: do as many full PRESSES as you can in a row without stopping. do not stop for longer than you would in a regular set.
must go to your normal depth
why?: CHEST brah! Fantastic upper body lift using chest, shoulders, arms.
eg. If you weight 200lbs you would have a 100lb dumbell in each hand.
Post up your body weight, along with your result for comparison too like follows:
Revscene - 10 @ 100lbs
This is strictly for fun, so use your own honor and dont cheat.
