How in the world is $14 pretty good for a university student? That works out to be $11-12 ish after tax. Pretty good for a university student = $18-24 per hour. Pretty good for a university graduate is $25+

Are you looking for on it as this scale?

Pretty good = $14
Good = $12
Fair = $10
Bad = $9
Poor = $8
How is $14 not pretty good for a student? Not everyone comes out of post-secondary making crazy figures. It's tough enough to find a job these days. Should be happy to even get a job these days, since the market is so competitive.

I personally started off making $13/hr, so I can argue for this. I thought it was pretty good considering the lack of experience I had and just having a job, I was happy enough.

If your expecting $25+/hr out of university, you must be trolling me or something. Unless your in a field that not many people can do, I don't see many university grads can pull that kind of figures straight out of university.
