Did legs today, so I decided to do the challenge at the end of my workout.

3 warmup sets, leading up to

14 reps @ 75lb

My dumbbell is pure garbage lol I can rep over 20+ on the bench press with 150lb, yet I struggled to hit 14 with 75s
