Not sure about Aero.
AE I had to print an application online, fill it out and hand it in with my resume.
Hollister I went into the store and filled out the application on the computer. They didn't even take my resume until the group interview. Hollister is like a revolving door.. people are quitting every week, so it's not hard to get a job there..
